Change of management team and relaunch for Multi Turkmall in Turkey
Multi Corporation, who recently announced a €1.3 billion agreement with Dutch Investor Corio, that sets the trend in combining development know-how with investment expertise, is relaunching its Turkish operations.
As the leading developer of shopping centers in Europe, Multi has been successful in acquisition and development in Turkey with 8 Forum shopping centres, 2 under construction and 11 in development. Following this pioneering/growth stage the company’s attention will shift to a more mature operational and realisational management strategy.
From 1 April 2010 Mr. Cem Bodur will be ceo/chairman of Multi Asset Management and The Turkey Retail Fund. Mr. Hulusi Belgu will be ceo of Multi Turkmall and Multi Mall Management Turkey.
Mr. Belgu will be responsible for all operations of the portfolio and realisation of the current and new development pipeline. Mr. Bodur will be responsible for the financial restructuring and funding of Multi's investment platform, taking it into a new stage.
Levent Eyuboglu, managing director of Multi Turkmall will leave the company by 1 April 2010.

Mr. Hulusi Belgu holds MBA's in marketing and international business from San Diego University having graduated in business administartion at the University of Istanbul. Mr. Belgu has been CEO and Partner of a number of Turkish companies in the fields of Transportation, Iron & Steel, Construction and Real Estate
Profile Mr. Cem Bodur
Mr. Cem Bodur has a BA in economics from the University of Istanbul, he was credit group head at various commercial banks in Turkey, CFO of Ekinciler holding then Zorlu holding/Denizbank as CFO /vice chairman.
In 2006 Mr. Bodur set up and ran the family Office for Zorlu family and is a board member in Denizbank.
